Growing Roots is a hands-on youth program designed to connect the next generation with the land through organic and regenerative farming practices.

Under the guidance of our Youth Education Director and Flower Farmer, participants learn regenerative agriculture, permaculture principles, and crop rotation techniques.

Our mission is to shift youth culture towards organic and regenerative growing and farming, helping young people form a deeper connection to the land and to their community.

We believe that the land itself can serve as a living classroom. Growing Roots gives youth more than farming skills, it builds character, resilience, and a sense of responsibility for the environment.

From our flower fields to our vegetable gardens, every lesson provides knowledge and purpose while producing organic food and flowers for our community.

The purpose of this program is to help young people develop an appreciation for agriculture, food, and sustainable living. Every task in the field, whether planting, watering, or harvesting, contributes to something greater. Through meaningful farm work, youth discover the importance of growing organic food for their community while gaining fulfillment and responsibility.
